Citi Wealth Lending in London seeks an experienced Lending Advisor to partner with Citi Private Bankers, originating UHNW lending opportunities across asset classes including marketable securities loans, real estate and bespoke assets.

You will join client and prospect meetings, structure bespoke loan solutions, and maintain a strong pipeline while ensuring compliance with certification regimes and risk controls.

Formación

• Experience in UHNW lending origination and credit/collateral analysis in private banks.
• Expert knowledge in structured lending.
• Ability to advise clients and creatively structure sophisticated solutions.
• Experience with loans secured by diverse asset classes including marketable securities, private assets, real estate, aviation and art.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain partnership with Citi Private Bankers to identify lending opportunities.
• Join client and prospect meetings to raise awareness of lending solutions.
• Advise on bespoke lending solutions and drive excellence in execution.
• Establish a reputation for accurate execution of lending opportunities.
• Pre-screen requests with underwriting and risk to structure client-centric proposals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline to grow the EMEA portfolio while ensuring compliance.
• Manage client expectations through clear communication with clients and Bankers.
• Coordinate with Business Managers and Finance to support growth planning and capital optimization.
