UGG Retail Activations Specialist

The Role:

In this role you will take full ownership of planning and execution of the UGG retail activations and events within our EMEA stores.

You will create and own the marketing calendar for each store, balancing brand storytelling with key commercial and traffic driving. This role will manage agencies in each market, taking activations from ideation through to reality

Your Impact:

  • Create and own the retail marketing activation calendar for each key UGG EMEA location
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for our consumer-focused events
  • Identify and prioritize in-store event opportunities, including brand activations, product launches, and UGG cultural moments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate events into broader marketing and brand strategies
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of event production
  • Partner with creative teams or agencies to develop immersive brand experiences
  • Develop innovative ways to engage consumers through interactive experiences and brand storytelling
  • Leverage data and insights to tailor event experiences that resonate with target audiences
  • Manage budgets, negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective execution
  • Track key performance metrics and provide post event analysis
