Salt is seeking a UGC Content Creator to join our D2C team in London. This hands-on role covers sourcing trends, concept development, filming, editing and delivering publish-ready assets for social platforms. You will thrive in a fast-paced, test-driven environment with a collaborative creative team.

You should be comfortable on camera, able to self-shoot, edit quickly (CapCut/Premiere) and manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines. Hybrid work is available with three days in the office.

Competenze

• Experience creating UGC or creator-led content for brands or personal channels.
• Confident and natural on camera.
• Strong self-shooting and mobile content creation skills.
• Fast, creative editor (CapCut, Premiere or similar).
• Deep understanding of social trends, hooks and platform-native content.
• Able to manage multiple content projects and tight deadlines.
