Job summary

TEKEVER is seeking an Integration Technician for its UK Manufacturing Operations team. This hands-on role covers assembly, integration and testing of UAS platforms, ensuring compliance with safety and airworthiness standards.

You will work from engineering drawings and instructions to deliver high-quality build, integration and documentation. The role involves avionics installation, electrical wiring, system configuration and testing; proficiency in reading drawings is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in avionics maintenance, UAV/UAS systems or precision assembly within aerospace or drone environments.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driving licence and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate UAS airframes and sub-systems per drawings, including bracketry and harnessing.
• Install, wire and troubleshoot avionics, flight control, power distribution, sensors and payload interfaces.
• Conduct ground tests and functional checks, diagnose faults and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
• Maintain certification, maintenance records and component traceability.
