Job summary

Ex-Mil Recruitment Limited is seeking a UAS Remote Pilot for UK and international deployments, including Europe and the US. The role involves monitoring operations, flight planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance while frequently traveling and staying close to operational flying duties.

Ideal candidates have military aviation or UAS experience, with licences such as A1/A3, A2, LAPL/PPL/HPL, and radiotelephony; familiarity with platforms like MALE/MUAS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Evidence of A1 and A3 CAA/EASA Certificates and other pilot licences is required.
• Experience with MUAS or MALE platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of aviation principles and risk management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support RPIC in delivering safe UAS operations.
• Monitor live flight operations and assist with flight planning.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and post-flight debriefings.
• Maintain accurate flight, incident and safety records.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety procedures.
• Provide guidance during system failures or hazards.
• Mentor UAS operators and share knowledge with the team.
• Support risk mitigation and best-practice sharing with engineering.
