Job summary

Tekever is seeking a Regulations Manager in the UK to oversee TEKEVER's regulatory and governance framework for civil and defence UAS activities. You will lead SORA submissions, OA applications, and ensure ongoing compliance across multiple authorities including the UK CAA, EASA and DoD.

You will collaborate with engineering, safety, and QA to gather data for submissions, manage regulatory approvals, and support accreditation schemes. A mix of office and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Track record of preparing and submitting SORA assessments.
• Solid working knowledge of the UK's UAS regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own the governance documents for TEKEVER's flight operations (OSC, OA, CFAOS, SORA).
• Lead OA applications with national authorities from submission to approval.
• Prepare variations to SORAs and site-specific flying permissions as required.
• Maintain compliant procedures, safety systems and documentation across civil and defence flying.
• Represent TEKEVER with regulators (CAA, MAA, EASA, JCAB, DoD) on approvals and exemptions.
• Support CFAOS, MAOS and DAOS accreditation where needed.
• Monitor MRPs alignment to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
• Manage Ofcom spectrum permissions and renewals, and support new sites.
