Job summary

TEKEVER is seeking a Regulations Manager within the Defence Division to own regulatory governance for TEKEVER’s flying activities across civil and defence contexts. You will oversee licences, authorisations, and accreditations enabling uncrewed air systems to operate legally in the UK and beyond.

Based in Bristol with travel, you will produce SORA submissions and OSCs, manage OA applications, and represent TEKEVER to regulators including UK CAA, EASA, Ofcom, and DoD.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and submitting SORA assessments.
• Knowledge of the UK UAS regulatory landscape.
• Familiarity with BVLOS operations.
• Clear written and verbal communications.
• Ability to coordinate input from engineering, flight operations, and safety teams.
• Disciplined record-keeping and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain regulatory documentation (SORA, OSC, OA, CFAOS).
• Lead OA applications with national authorities.
• Represent TEKEVER with aviation regulators (CAA, EASA, JARUS, JCAB, DoD).
• Monitor regulatory publications and ensure compliance.
• Support accreditation and spectrum permissions processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for regulatory submissions.
