Job summary

sees.ai is scaling its flight operations training function to ensure high standards across BVLOS operations and CAA-aligned competency. The Flight Operations Instructor will own training delivery, assessment and currency for pilots, driving the capability as the team grows.

You will lead classroom, simulator and on-field instruction, develop syllabi and assessment criteria, and ensure records comply with CAP 722 and the Operations Manual. UK-wide travel is expected.

Qualifications

• CAA-recognised instructional qualifications required or demonstrable experience.
• Experience delivering GVC and A2 CofC within a Recognised Assessment Entity (RAE).
• Extensive remote pilot experience including Specific category and BVLOS operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver classroom, simulator and field training across the full remote pilot syllabus.
• Design and conduct flight assessments, skills tests and currency checks.
• Develop courseware and maintain training syllabi and materials.
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel across the UK and internationally.
