Join to apply for the UA Account Manager (Mobile Games) role at Flexion.

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with Mobile User Acquisition expertise to join our London-based team at Flexion Group PLC. In this key role, you will build strong relationships with innovative mobile gaming studios, helping them grow through effective use of internal and external UA solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in optimizing campaign performance, expanding their spend confidently, and adopting new acquisition strategies in a rapidly evolving mobile landscape.

If you are a commercially driven, analytically minded CSM with mobile advertising experience, this is your chance to influence how games scale beyond traditional app stores.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Upselling & Budget Growth: Identify opportunities to test and expand advertising budgets based on performance metrics, increasing client investment and maximizing revenue for Flexion-managed titles.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary contact for game developers and publishers, facilitating communication and collaboration to meet their needs.
  3. Proposition Development: Collaborate with Product and UA teams to develop Flexion’s Direct-To-Consumer offerings and maintain best practice playbooks.
  4. Campaign Performance Optimization: Work with internal teams to analyze and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  5. Retention & Renewals: Focus on high customer satisfaction through open relationships and exceptional service, fostering long-term partnerships.
  6. Onboarding & Education: Guide new developers through onboarding, providing training on UA strategies and technical tools.
  7. Cross-Selling: Propose additional services like D2C solutions to enhance customer experience and business reach.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a customer success or account manager in mobile ad tech or gaming.
  • Experience managing success programs, retention, and upselling strategies.
  • Strong understanding of mobile gaming and UA success metrics.
  • Ability to analyze UA data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Exposure to MMPs and mobile advertising platforms across Social, Rewarded Video, and DSPs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Eligible for study support and professional training.
  • Eligible for private medical insurance.
  • Availability for hybrid or remote work.
  • Potential to participate in the company share option scheme after probation.
