Job summary

Liverpool FC is seeking a motivated Coach Analyst to join the LFCW PGA U21 staff at the Melwood training ground. You will coach, capture and analyse training sessions, supporting individual and team development on the training pitch and in games.

You will work with the U21 MDT, monitor game-model examples, and play an important role on game days. The role requires UEFA B Licence, a sports science degree, and experience with analysis tools; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

BSc in Sports performance analysis or a related discipline is essential.
UEFA B Licence is essential.
Experience providing analysis support in an elite professional football environment is essential.
Competent with camera and analysis capture systems (Sportscode, Hudl, Replay) and distributing footage live/post-event.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions focusing on individual player development within the LFCW game model.
Produce and present examples of individual and team development in training sessions.
Track, review and evidence progress through Individual Development Plans.
Provide in-game and post-match analysis with clips and feedback to support development.
