Job summary

Our client in Exmouth is seeking a Tyre Technician to perform tyre fitting, replacements and repairs, plus support fast-fit mechanics including brakes, exhausts and basic servicing. The role offers training and progression opportunities within a growing retail centre.

The successful candidate will have a UK driving licence, relevant Level 2 qualification, and at least 1 year of Tyre Technician experience, working in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ/IMI Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Valid UK driving licence held for at least 6 months.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Tyre Technician.
• Passion for the Automotive industry and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out accurate tyre fitting, replacements and repairs.
• Carrying out fast-fit mechanical work including exhaust and brake repairs/replacements.
• Carrying out basic servicing work.
• Maintain documentation in line with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure work is completed to high standards and customers' vehicles are clean after work.
