Job summary

Bridgestone Tyres UK in London is seeking enthusiastic Tyre Technicians to join our on-site team. You will regularly inspect customer fleets, identify issues and prioritise rectification in a timely manner, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, permanent, with flexible scheduling to suit the customer. We offer full training, development opportunities and a focus on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license.
• Punctual and reliable.
• A 'can do’ attitude with a passion to learn.
• Experience of working to tight timescales and targets.
• Previous commercial tyre fitting experience.
• Tyre fitting experience preferred, but not essential – full training will be provided.
• The ability to use IT equipment (including laptop, tablet and mobile phone).
• The ability to prioritise a daily workload.

Responsibilities

• Tyre technicians play an integral role in keeping customers moving.
• Regularly inspecting fleets and identifying, prioritising and rectifying issues in a timely manner.
• Reporting to the Operations Manager and supporting the team in daily tasks.
• Working hours are 37.5 hours per week and can be scheduled to suit the customer.
• Develop skills, expand knowledge and take ownership of your work.

Our Tyre Technicians play an integral role in keeping our customers moving. Bridgestone are now seeking enthusiastic, determined individuals with unquestionable hunger to learn to join our team of Tyre Technicians. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager the Tyre Technician is responsible for regularly inspecting our customer fleets and identifying, prioritising and rectifying issues in a timely manner.

Working hours are 37.5 hours (permanent) per week and this does not include weekends as we know how much you value your weekends! Technicians can choose their hours of work to suit them and the customer best.
