Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Carlisle, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking a dedicated Tyre Fitter to join our busy Aftersales team. You will fit, balance and repair tyres to manufacturer standards while delivering outstanding workmanship and service.

The role includes wheel alignment checks, advising on replacements, supporting health checks, and maintaining a clean, safe workshop. A Full UK Driving Licence and a detail-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous tyre fitting experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Valid full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Fitting, balancing and repairing tyres to manufacturer standards.
• Carrying out wheel alignment checks and adjustments.
• Inspecting tyres and advising on replacement requirements.
• Supporting vehicle health checks and workshop operations.
