Job description

Tyre Fitter

Location: Leicester

Shift: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30, Saturday 08:30-12:30

Salary: £28,000 + can earn up to £2k per month on top of salary if ‘on call’

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our client’s team in Leicester on a permanent basis. If you're a hard worker who takes pride in your work, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn great money and develop your skills in a busy, hands-on environment.

The Role:

1. Fit and replace tyres on a variety of vehicles.
2. Carry out wheel balancing and alignment.
3. Helping to prepare wheels for alloy wheel refurbishment.

Requirements:

1. Qualified mechanic OR at least 6 months' tyre fitting experience.
2. Full UK driving licence (must be confident driving a 3.5T van, with no major endorsements).
3. You will need to be experienced and comfortable in using the appropriate tools and be confident of working with all makes and models of vehicles and tyres.
4. Strong work ethic and willingness to 'put a shift in'.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
