Job summary

Charles Hurst Group in Belfast is seeking a skilled Tyre Fitter to join our busy Fast Fit Centre on Boucher Road. You will be responsible for fitting and balancing tyres, performing wheel alignments, and carrying out puncture repairs with a focus on quality workmanship.

The role requires a full, clean driving licence as you will travel between sites to collect tyres. Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm, Friday 4pm finish, and a rota-based Saturday morning shift are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience removing, repairing and fitting tyres.
• Confidence diagnosing tyre faults and advising on repair vs replacement.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
• Excellent time management, with the ability to plan your daily workload.
• A full, clean driving licence — this role includes travelling between sites to collect tyres.

Hours

Monday- Thursday 830am-530pm, 4pm finish Friday. Saturday Morning on rota basis

£28,000-£30,000 plus bonus opportunity!

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Tyre Fitter to join our busy Fast Fit Centre, Charles Hurst. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working independently, and know your way around all things tyres, you’ll fit right in.
