Tyre Fitter
£27k basic + £6,000 bonus (dependent on sales)
Farnborough
Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.00am-5pm), 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30am-1pm)

Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. Fitting tyres efficiently and competently in line with the manufacturer standards.
2. Speaking with customers and providing your technical expert opinion.
3. Communication with other departments such as the service reception team and workshop control team.
4. Maintaining and developing skill levels in all areas of tyre fitting technology.

Your Background & Skill:

1. Fast Fit or Tyre Fitting experience (1 year minimum).
2. Will hold a NVQ Level 2 qualification.
3. Full driving licence.
4. Able to work well under pressure.
5. A good eye for detail.
6. Ability to multi-task.
7. Quality awareness.
