ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Key Holder, you will ensure the smooth daily operations at Typo. Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for executing the management team’s directives within the store. Your duties include maintaining team attendance, productivity, and morale, supporting and motivating your team, and ensuring friendly customer interactions. Key Holders do not establish store policies or evaluate employee performance in writing.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Retail sales experience demonstrating confidence in introducing new products and achieving sales targets.
• Retail leadership experience in leading business aspects and developing team members.
• Ability to complete tasks with urgency.
• High standards of customer service understanding.
