ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Key Holder, you will ensure the smooth daily operations at Typo. Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, you will execute the management team’s directives within the store. Your responsibilities include overseeing Sales Associates’ attendance, productivity, and morale, providing support and guidance, motivating the team, and maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude towards customers. Key Holders are not responsible for establishing store policies or employee performance evaluations in writing.

Skills & Experience

• Retail sales experience demonstrating confidence in introducing new products and achieving sales targets
• Retail leadership experience with opportunities to lead and develop team members
• Ability to complete tasks promptly with urgency
• High standards of customer service understanding
