Job summary

Mentor Talent Acquisition is seeking a product-minded, full-stack engineer to help build frontier LLM-powered research tools. You’ll design and ship end-to-end features, work on high-impact applications, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions.

You’ll be fluent in TypeScript and PostgreSQL, shipping fast, clean code while shaping product direction and engineering culture from day one.

Qualifications

• Shipped full-stack projects end-to-end, preferably in startup or early-stage environments.
• Proficient in TypeScript and PostgreSQL with strong web frontend and backend skills.
• Collaborates with clients and internal teams to shape product vision and requirements.
