Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and maintain two-way radio systems (primarily Hytera).
  • Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting both on-site and in the workshop.
  • Support customers across a variety of sectors, delivering high-quality service.
  • Configure systems, program radios, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience with two-way radio systems – any manufacturer considered (Hytera, Motorola, Kenwood, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of radio principles, installation, and maintenance.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Comfortable working in the field as well as in the office.
  • Professional and customer-facing approach.
  • Experience working on larger systems or complex radio networks.
  • Previous work across multiple sectors (e.g., education, utilities, public sector).
