Qualifications

• Experience as a Practice Manager or in a healthcare leadership role.
• Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily running of the practice at two sites to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and support the clinical and non-clinical teams, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Maintain compliance with CQC and healthcare regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance and profitability.
• Support patient engagement and end-to-end service quality.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff training.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to uphold high standards of care.
