Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners are seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily running of multiple practices, lead teams, and shape a high-performing, patient-focused environment. You will ensure CQC compliance, monitor KPIs, and drive recruitment and training across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Practice Manager (or similar leadership role in healthcare/dentistry).
• Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards.
• Confident leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage practice performance.
• A team-focused, patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
• Lead and support your team, nurturing a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Maintain compliance with CQC and healthcare regulations.
