Job summary

Odin Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced two-man mechanical site installation team for UK-wide wastewater and water infrastructure projects. You will install, fit and refurbish equipment across Anglian Water sites and other major water companies, ensuring safe, high‑quality workmanship.

The role requires strong two-person collaboration, reading drawings, site safety RAMS and willingness to travel nationwide with digs paid. CSCS and related tickets are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical fitting, installation or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to travel nationwide and stay away from home regularly.
• Experience in wastewater treatment or water infrastructure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install and fit mechanical wastewater equipment across sites.
• Set out equipment and work from engineering drawings.
• Carry out mechanical assembly, installation, servicing and refurbishment.
• Work alongside lifting teams, subcontractors and other site trades.
• Use mechanical tools safely and maintain high workmanship standards.
