Corporate Solicitor, Glasgow (Assignment 9635)

This role involves a broad range of corporate work, including M&A due diligence, drafting, and management of acquisition documents. You should have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, as well as knowledge of corporate structures, governance, and finance transactions.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least 2 years' PQE;
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents in a private practice environment;
  • Interest in Corporate M&A, Due Diligence, Corporate Structures, and Governance;
  • Be a team player.
Banking Solicitor, Glasgow (Assignment 9626)

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing practice, working on high-quality transactions where you can:

  • Develop client relationships;
  • Work with high-caliber clients and colleagues across Ashurst’s global network;
  • Help develop the Glasgow Banking team’s transactional banking capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years' PQE;
  • Strong general banking experience, preferably including real estate finance;
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents in a private practice environment;
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and building the transactional banking practice in Glasgow.
