Corporate Solicitor, Glasgow (Assignment 9635)

This role involves a broad range of corporate work, including M&A due diligence, drafting, and managing acquisition documents. You should have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, as well as expertise in corporate structures, governance, and finance transactions.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least 2 years’ PQE
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents in a private practice environment
  • Interest in Corporate M&A, Due Diligence, Corporate Structures, and Governance
  • Be a team player
Banking Solicitor, Glasgow (Assignment 9626)

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing practice, working on high-quality transactions. You will have the chance to:

  • Develop client relationships
  • Work with high-caliber clients and colleagues globally
  • Contribute to building the Glasgow Banking team's transactional banking capabilities

The ideal candidate will have:
