Job Overview:
We are delighted to be recruiting two experienced and qualified Maternity Nannies who are looking for a long term role to join a warm and welcoming family in London, caring for their newborn baby due in early 2026. This is a truly exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals who are passionate about newborn care and thrive in well-structured, respectful households.

Ideal Nanny:

• Tagalog Speakers Preferred.
• Recognised maternity nurse/newborn care qualifications (e.g., MNT, NEST, or equivalent).
• Early Childhood Education degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with newborns in private households.
• Outstanding, checkable references from previous maternity or nanny roles.
• Warm, discreet, and confident with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Fluent English required; Tagalog speakers preferred.
• Previous rota experience is preferred.
• Must hold a British passport or settled status in the UK.
• Comfortable with international travel.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with your co-nanny to provide seamless, round-the-clock care.
• Responsible for all aspects of newborn and baby care – including feeding, changing, sleep routines, educational & developmental support, and creating a calm, nurturing environment.
• Travel internationally with the family as needed.
• Work harmoniously alongside other household staff – Tagalog speakers preferred for ease of communication within the team.
