Job summary

Crosby Composites Limited is seeking a production operator to manufacture and assemble carbon fibre components. The role supports our high-precision production environment, following established work instructions and quality standards.

Candidates with experience in textiles or crafts and a strong eye for detail are welcome; training will be provided to develop skills in carbon fibre manufacturing. This is a hands-on, collaborative role on site during twilight hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in precision-based, hands-on work such as textiles or crafts.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and work instructions.
• Work methodically and maintain high quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble components per work instructions and standards.
• Read and interpret drawings, patterns, templates or technical info.
• Follow route cards and production instructions to meet requirements.
• Carry out tasks with high precision and attention to detail.
• Identify and report issues that affect quality.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and tools in safe, working condition.
• Keep work area clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve targets and quality goals.
