Job summary

Booker is seeking a Twilight Replenishment Supervisor to manage a busy branch in the United Kingdom. You will lead a small team, coach staff to improve on-shelf availability and ensure safe, compliant operations during a 5/7 day schedule. The role offers real progression opportunities within the Booker Group.

Typical duties include enforcing standards, reducing stock loss, and coordinating with stock control and delivery teams to keep products available for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the food retail sector is preferred.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team complies with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
• Reduce stock loss by investigating shrinkage and wastage.
• Reduce replenishment costs by efficient stock handling, space planning and secure goods receiving.
• Coordinate with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales issues.
• Ensure effective replenishment to maintain branch availability for customers.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Twilight Replenishment Supervisorto manage one of our busy branches. A challenging role that will need leadership and drive as you coach your team to deliver great on shelf availability for our valued customers. Keeping your teamfocused on delivering great results and working in a safe mannerwill be key.The role may involve some duty managementwhere full training will be given.

You will be responsible for

Ensuring that the team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all times.

Reducing stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage

Reducing replenishment costs, by ensuring stock is handled efficiently at all times, products have appropriate space for rate of sale and accuracy and security in the goods receiving department

Working with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales

Effective replenishment to ensure that the branch maintains availability for our customers

You will need

To be successful in this role your skills and experience will include:

Passionate about providing exceptional operations standards for our customers

Flexible, adaptable and enjoys working with, as well, managing a team

An excellent communicator and have some experience in supervising or managing a team.

Practical experience in the food retail trade.
