Job summary

Booker is seeking a Replenishment Supervisor to lead a store team and ensure products are available to customers. You will drive efficient stock handling, maintain replenishment standards and work with control and delivery teams to minimise off-sales in a busy retail environment.

The role focuses on managing a team, upholding procedures and delivering strong customer service while supporting store performance in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Experience in food retailing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team complies with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
• Reducing stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage.
• Reducing replenishment costs by ensuring stock is handled efficiently, with appropriate space for rate of sale and secure goods receiving.
• Working with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales.
• Effective replenishment to ensure branch availability for customers.

You will be responsible for

Ensuring that the team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all times.

You will need

To be successful in this role you will be passionate about providing exceptional operational standards for our customers. You will be flexible in your management style, be able to adapt and rise to the challenges faced and you will enjoy working with and managing a team.

Excellent communication skills are essential and you will have some experience in supervising or managing a team.

Experience in food retailing is desired but not essential.
