Job summary

EVRi Group in the United Kingdom is seeking HGV Class 1 drivers for twilight shifts at the Bury St Edmunds depot. The role includes driving longer routes, delivering to clients and sites across the EVRI network, with a 40-hour weekly schedule and occasional weekend work.

We offer £17.82 per hour with overtime of £26.73, plus a pension and life assurance and a flexible benefits package. Newly qualified drivers are welcome, and a driving assessment will be provided to onboard quickly.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 1 entitlements.
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph knowledge.
• Newly qualified drivers welcome; driving assessment will be provided.
• Reasonable physical fitness required.

Responsibilities

• Drive longer routes in waves from depots to clients and sites across the EVRI network.
• Ensure parcels are collected and delivered safely; update paperwork.
• Assist depot staff with heavier items when needed.
• Adhere to routes and update leadership on any issues or delays.
