We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Computing and ICT who is keen to work with our team to achieve excellent outcomes for all our students. The position is suitable for an ECT, as we are able to provide an early careers mentor within the department, or a colleague of greater professional experience. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced group of qualified practitioners who very much work in collaboration and as a team, with an open, friendly, and sharing culture. Computer Science, Programming, and Digital / Creative IT is taught across the whole of KS3 and offered as an option subject in both KS4 and KS5. Experience in teaching Python, Scratch, and Kodu (block and text-based programming) is desirable.
