Job description

Are you a passionate and dedicated university student with expertise in the Scottish curriculum? Do you want to earn extra money while making a real difference in young people's lives? Come join our friendly tutoring team at iLearner’s Hub in Aberdeen!

We’re looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable tutors who can support school-aged learners (P3 to Advanced Highers) in person on weekends. If you’ve studied in the SQA system and achieved strong grades in your subjects, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting students with their schoolwork in Maths, English, or Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
• Building confidence and helping learners reach their goals
• Deliver captivating lessons and provide personalised support to meet individual student needs.
• Employ innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure quality control of the curriculum.
• Prepare students for exams through targeted revision, practice, and mock exams.

• Are currently studying at university (any year)
• Did well in your subjects at school (SQA qualifications)
• Understand the Scottish curriculum
