Role Responsibilities:
  1. Provide tailored academic tutoring in Maths, English, Science, and ESOL
  2. Support diverse learning styles and adapt instruction to individual needs
  3. Monitor and communicate academic progress to stakeholders

  5. Incorporate trauma-informed and therapeutic strategies to enhance student engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Prior experience in tutoring, education, or youth support preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and adapt approaches dynamically
  • Patience, empathy, and a deep belief in the power of education
  • Knowledge of SEN practices is a plus

All pay rates quoted will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with potential for permanence later.
