Role Responsibilities:

1. Provide tailored academic tutoring in Maths, English, Science, and ESOL
2. Support diverse learning styles and adapt instruction to suit individual needs
3. Monitor and communicate academic progress to stakeholders
4. Foster an inclusive and motivating learning space
5. Incorporate trauma-informed and therapeutic strategies to enhance student engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Prior experience in tutoring, education, or youth support preferred
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Ability to simplify complex ideas and adapt your approach dynamically
4. Patience, empathy, and a deep belief in the power of education
5. Knowledge of SEN practices is a plus
