Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30 pm (1 hour lunch)

Salary: 30K to 35K per annum with excellent benefits and mileage paid

Job role

We are seeking a Tutor/Assessor/Skills Coach for a mix of online and Classroom delivery and workplace visits for financial services administrator levels 2 and 3.

  • Must have experience within financial services, ideally regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (e.g., insurance, financial advisers, banks, building societies, mortgages).
  • Attend meetings at head office in N23 once a week for scheduled sessions, progress reviews, personal development meetings, operational discussions.
  • Undertake mock tests to get apprentices work-ready.
  • Produce progress reports.
  • Attend team meetings.
  • Manage a caseload.
  • Use an e-portfolio system.
  • Prepare for Ofsted visits.
Essential for the role

Must be either teacher qualified or assessor qualified such as DET or equivalent or Cert Ed or PGCE or assessor qualified such as TAQA or A1 or D32/D33, or CAVA or the willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe.
