Teaching Personnel is seeking committed and knowledgeable 1:1 GCSE tutors to help students achieve academic excellence. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and dedicated to making a meaningful impact through personalized, high-quality tutoring.

About the Role

As a 1:1 GCSE tutor, you will work directly with students who need additional support to reach their full potential. Your role will involve delivering tailored, engaging lessons that strengthen subject understanding, address individual learning needs, and build student confidence in preparation for their GCSE examinations.

You will focus on enhancing students’ study skills, exam techniques, and overall academic performance. Sessions typically range from 1 to 15 hours per week and take place either at students' homes or in local community settings, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking tutors who:

Possess strong subject knowledge at GCSE level across core and/or specialist subjects

Are experienced educators or tutors with a track record of helping students progress

Can explain complex concepts clearly and accessibly
