Overview

Tutor Manager - EdTech Start-up! My client is a fast-growing EdTech start-up based in Central London with a clear mission: to make tutoring safe, accessible, and effective for every learner. Their unique platform connects families with trusted, qualified tutors, offering a secure and engaging online learning experience. To help fulfil this mission I'm partnering with them to hire this business critical position of Tutor Manager.

What you'll do

• Recruit and onboard brilliant tutors across subjects
• Verify qualifications, DBS and safeguarding compliance
• Coach tutors, review lessons and share best practices
• Support & build tutor relationships with profiles, training and platform use
• Play a key part in the ongoing development of their intelligent tutor matching system

What I'm ideally looking for

• Education background (former teacher, education graduate and/or commercial education / tutoring / edtech experience)
• Recruitment / talent sourcing / hiring experience
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and proactive
