Job description

1st Staff Limited is a leading alternative provider operating nationwide, with hubs and specialist staff supporting students aged 4-25 years with educational and therapeutic needs.

The Role

We are seeking a tutor/mentor to work with a Key Stage 4 student in the Hackney area who is unable to attend mainstream education. The successful candidate will deliver tuition sessions to help the student return to further education.

Position Details

Location: In the student's home

Position: 1:1 Tutor

Hours: During school hours, flexible start times, approximately 5 days a week, with more hours available

Start date: September 2024

Experience Required:

  • Good knowledge of Maths and English
  • Ability to plan and deliver lessons
