Overview

Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate tutor to provide face-to-face tuition for a young person in Year 12, located in MK42 (Bedford). This student is motivated to engage in education and is seeking support to prepare for college applications next year.

Details
  • Location: MK42, Bedford (in-person sessions required)
  • Hours: 4 hours per week
    • 2 hours - English GCSE
    • 2 hours - Maths GCSE
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Duration: Ongoing throughout the academic year
Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that meet the student\'s individual needs and interests
  • Support the young person in developing emotional regulation strategies
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment
  • Gradually build a strong rapport and encourage participation at the student\'s own pace
  • Work closely with parents/carers and other professionals as needed
