I am currently seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient Tutor who is looking to advance their career by covering lessons in secondary schools in and around Bristol.

The Role

We are looking for a confident individual who can deliver excellent pre-planned lessons to various age groups. You might have worked as a tutor during university or in recent years and now feel ready to take a step up, with good behaviour management skills and the ability to engage children. If you are an aspiring teacher currently working with children and eager to develop further, gaining experience as a cover supervisor is an excellent opportunity.

The Candidate

Working in schools can be challenging, but with six years of experience in education, I know there's no greater reward than seeing students grow in confidence and develop into thriving young people. If you see yourself as a resilient and confident individual, this role is for you.

It is essential that you have some previous experience working with children, whether through tutoring, coaching, or TAing in schools.

  • Working to Agency Workers Regulations
  • Interview preparation, advice, and support
  • Statutory employment rights, such as sick pay, holiday pay, maternity, and paternity leave
