TP TUTORS – Join Our Team of Dedicated Tutors

TPTUTORS is expanding, and we are looking for passionate, experienced tutors to join our growing network. If you have expertise in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are committed to delivering high-quality tuition, we want you to be part of our team.

Key Highlights:

  • Position: Part-time tutoring roles (1–15 hours per week)
  • Subjects: Core subjects
  • Location: In-person (homes, libraries, community centers) in Harwich (Essex) or online
  • Flexibility: You can choose your hours based on student availability.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Tailored Tuition: Provide individualised support in core subjects for students with SEN. Create and deliver lesson plans that showcase your teaching strengths.
  • Progress Tracking: Submit detailed reports after each session using our virtual platform. These reports inform both client meetings and ensure your pay is processed.
  • Adaptability: Assess and adjust your teaching strategies based on student progress and needs. Flexibility is key.
  • Communication: Regularly update parents and consultants, discussing student challenges and ensuring the highest standard of support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: A degree in Education, Special Education, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of UK tutoring or teaching experience.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the UK education system and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and consultants.
