Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Tutor to join our team, focusing on Looked After Children students. You will play a vital role in supporting their academic progress and personal development, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions in a variety of subjects.
  • Tailor lessons to meet individual student needs and learning styles.
  • Support students in developing study skills, self-confidence, and academic resilience.
  • Collaborate with carers, social workers, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.
  • Attend training sessions and professional development as required.
