General Tutor - Manchester (M1)

At TP Tutors, we're looking for enthusiastic tutors to provide 1:1 support to pupils in Manchester (M1) who need extra help with their learning.

This is a rewarding role for anyone who wants to make a difference outside of the classroom. Our pupils may be struggling with confidence, gaps in learning, or need additional support due to SEND or time out of school. As a tutor, you'll deliver engaging and personalised sessions that help them progress and re-engage with education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and personalised 1:1 tutoring sessions to pupils in Manchester (M1).
• Support across Maths, English, and Science, with flexibility for applicants who have experience in one specific subject.
• Conduct sessions face-to-face, either at a pupil's home or in a local community setting.

• Experience working with young people (teaching, tutoring, or learning support)
• Strong subject knowledge in core subjects
• A patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach
