We're looking for tutors to work 1:1 with young people who currently can't attend school. This may be due to anxiety, medical needs, disengagement, additional needs or exclusion. Many have an EHCP, and all of them need someone patient and consistent who can rebuild their confidence in Maths and English.
You'll plan and deliver sessions tailored to each student, usually 1-2 hours long. Sessions take place in the student's home, a local library, online or in a school setting. We match you with students based on your strengths, subjects and availability, and you'll usually stay with the same student over time, so they get real consistency.
We welcome qualified teachers, experienced educators, SEN specialists and experienced tutors. If you're not sure whether you're a fit, apply anyway and we'll talk it through.
