Tp-Tutors in Banbury is seeking patient, empathetic tutors to support vulnerable learners across Oxfordshire. You will deliver 1:1 or small-group sessions, typically 9:00 am–3:00 pm, focusing on academic skills and building confidence and enjoyment in learning.

We are seeking dedicated tutors to support vulnerable young people across Oxfordshire, particularly in Witney, Wantage, Bicester, and Didcot, who are currently out of mainstream education. Many of these students have experienced significant gaps in their learning, but with the right guidance, encouragement, and consistency, they can rebuild their confidence and rediscover a love for learning.
You will deliver 1:1 or small-group tuition, typically between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, helping students develop not only their academic skills but also their trust, motivation, and self-belief. Every session provides an opportunity to create a safe, supportive environment where every step of progress no matter how small is recognised and celebrated.
