Candidate Requirements

• Adherence to all Tusker procedures for quality, compliance, and security
• Experience in desktop support, including troubleshooting Windows and Mac systems, user account management, and printer support
• Network support skills, including VPN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Experience with telephony systems and office security systems
• Ability to support system recovery, patches, and upgrades

Preferred Experience

• Previous desktop support or relevant IT role
• Experience with programs like Five9, Endpoint Central, Salesforce, Active Directory, Mimecast, DUO, Meraki, Office 365
