  • LOCATION(S): Watford
  • HOURS: Full-time
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office.
About This Opportunity

The Commercial Team handles strategic growth projects, new products, insight development, reporting, and forecasting. It manages the end-to-end profitability of vehicles during the contract lifecycle, working closely across the business to ensure sustainable growth. The team is passionate about insights that deliver rapid, sustainable commercial advantages.

The Commercial Manager is key to managing and reporting on Tusker services, including insurance, repairs, and maintenance. Your insights will enhance understanding across the business and with external partners to drive change.

  • Regular and ad hoc performance analysis, highlighting opportunities and risks
  • Preparing and presenting monthly commercial & financial reports, investigating variances against budgets and forecasts
  • Reviewing tools for performance tracking and recommending systemic improvements for a growing portfolio
