  • JOB TITLE: Assistant Brands & Marketing Manager (New Business)
  • SALARY: £43,803
  • LOCATION(S): Watford
  • HOURS: Full-time
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week or 40% of our time at our Watford office.

About This Opportunity
Working with the Marketing Manager and Director, this role will assist in B2C marketing strategy and planning. You will identify opportunities for direct access to our B2C audience, increase engagement, own key campaigns, and provide monthly reporting on marketing activity success. You will also support our BDM team by providing marketing tools and collateral during implementation and for three months post-launch to promote awareness of our scheme among employees.

What You’ll Need

  • 2-3 years marketing experience across multiple channels, leading projects
  • Creative problem-solving, strong organization, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commercial sense
  • Experience with design using InDesign
  • Dependable team player with a diligent nature
  • Ability to track and report on campaign success, think outside the box, and prioritize work
  • Ability to work under pressure and assist in planning customer events

  • Managing key customer launches with tailored communication plans
  • Determining effective messaging and trigger points
  • Updating and reviewing customer communications annually
  • Collaborating with BDM and ADM teams to improve penetration rates
  • Managing marketing projects from execution to delivery
  • Assisting in B2C marketing strategy and planning
  • Managing campaigns and assets as a Salesforce superuser
  • Line management of New Business Marketing Executives
