Turquoise Luminex Business Development Lead

Job profile - Are you someone who is passionate about new challenges? This is a lead role in a brand-new project! The Turquoise Luminex Business Development Lead will run and support client interactions and relationships on our new block trading platform Turquoise Luminex. This will also include leading technical and operational issues. The role sits within the Equities Trading team reporting to the Head of Business Development. This is an exciting new product launch so requires a dynamic individual with related experience and an understanding of the industry and trading specifically.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead the day-to-day customer coverage and interactions on our Turquoise Luminex platform
  • Ensure clients' usage of the platform is efficient, including handling logins, firm ups, and missed opportunities
  • Analyze individual, firm, and group data to ensure successful outcomes for all customers

Required experience and skills:

  • Extensive experience of European and UK equity trading landscape and market structure
  • Knowledge of data analytics and management strategies (preferable)
  • Deep knowledge of global capital markets, LSEG's business, members, products, services, and regulatory landscape
  • Ability to represent the company in the marketplace with clients and industry bodies, and participate in industry events
  • Established network of industry participants across customer segments
  • Focus on delivering objectives and communicating key initiatives and metrics
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility regarding working hours
