We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level, in the position of a Turndown Room Attendant. Key duties include:

  • Perform the turndown procedure in each room allocated per shift
  • Follow current cleaning procedures ensuring optimum productivity
  • Understand the use of referenced cleaning products
  • Collect dirty linen and prepare for laundry
  • Handle lost property and report to Floor Housekeeper
  • Remove rubbish and place in the service area
  • Clear room service dishes and amenities, placing them in the service area
  • Replenish essential products regularly
  • Check equipment operation and furniture condition, report defects
  • Clean public areas and offices as required

Key requirements:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently
  • Immaculate personal presentation
